J.C. DePoy did extensive renovation on our house. Every room was renovated: two new bathrooms, kitchen, family room, basement and an addition. His work is excellent. J.C. DePoy is truly a master builder and it shows in the superb craftsmanship of his work.

Over the years I have purchased two homes from DePoy's Construction. The first home was almost completed when I purchased it. I selected the plan for my second home and it was build from the ground up. DePoy's has added crown molding to this home and a roof to the deck this spring. I plan to have them work on my front sidewalk and front porch. DePoy's skills and craftsmanship are superior to anything else I have seen. J.C. We have always loved the Sunset Heights area in Harrisonburg. So much, in fact, that in 25 years we have owned three houses all within a few blocks of each other. With our last move four years ago, we finally had the perfect location - but far from the perfect house. With a picture in hand, we met with J.C. DePoy and shared our ideas for turning a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 1950's nondescript brick ranch into a 4 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath, cape cod with craftsman touches. J.C. MADE IT HAPPEN! J.C. DePoy built my house in the year 2000. I was happy with the workmanship. So when I decide recently that I wanted to have some painting, touch up work, toilets replaced and some other odd jobs done at my house I contacted J.C. DePoy. He still has some of the same people doing work for him that worked on my house when it was being built. So that was a comfort for me knowing I was going to get the same workmanship I got 16 years ago. I was happy with the work that was done this time also. By going to J.C. I didn't have to do the work of finding each of the people I needed to do the work I wanted done. It was sort of a 'One Stop Shopping' type of thing. In the spring/summer, J.C. will be back to put a covered deck on the back of my house. J.C. is easy to talk to and easy to work with.
